Position Summary
Electronic Company is seeking two(2) experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Quality Inspection Coordinators to oversee quality inspection activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will coordinate and support a team of 2-3 inspectors, ensure accurate inspection reporting, communicate findings to management, and coordinate material movement with forklift operators.
Bilingual Spanish/English is mandatory for this position
Shifts: $24/hr. (Monday-Thursday: 9AM-9PM)
$25/hr. (Friday-Sunday: 9AM-9PM)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the daily activities of 2-3 Quality Inspectors.
  • Monitor inspection processes to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
  • Accurately enter and maintain inspection results and quality data in company systems.
  • Review inspection findings and communicate quality concerns to management.
  • Work closely with forklift drivers to coordinate material movement and inspection flow.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of non-conforming products and corrective actions.
  • Assist in training and supporting inspectors on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Provide updates regarding inspection status, production quality, and operational issues.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in quality inspection, quality control, or manufacturing required.
