Ambulatory Nurse Quality Coordinator / RN - Full Time
Are you passionate about improving patient care and driving quality initiatives? As an Ambulatory Nurse Quality Coordinator, you'll enhance clinical workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement best practices across outpatient settings. You'll work closely with leadership to support policy integration, staff training, and performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement quality improvement strategies
  • Monitor performance indicators and identify areas for clinical enhancement
  • Lead the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan
  • Support value-based purchasing, ACO initiatives, and HEDIS compliance
  • Assist with regulatory survey readiness and compliance
Qualifications:
