Weโ€™re partnering with a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Engineer Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong upward mobility and a culture that values continuous improvement and innovation.

This role reports to the Quality Manager and plays a key part in building and enhancing a best-in-class quality management system. If youโ€™re someone who doesnโ€™t just maintain processes but actively improves them, youโ€™ll fit right in.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality systems and processes
  • Design and evaluate QA sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques
  • Create and manage quality KPIs, ensuring follow-through on improvement initiatives
  • Lead and support corrective and preventive actions using a data-driven approach
  • Manage APQP processes for new product launches (PPAPs, FAIs, capability studies)
  • Participate in MRB activities and collaborate across multiple divisions
  • Conduct internal and external audits (customer, ISO, etc.) and drive corrective actions
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specs, and standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Maintain calibration systems and ensure compliance with QMS standards
  • Interface with customers and suppliers as needed

What You Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering
  • 4โ€“5+ years of quality/continuous improvement experience in manufacturing
  • Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • PPAP, FAI, capability studies
  • SPC & MSA methodologies
  • Root cause analysis (8D or similar tools)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor training is a plus)
  • Experience with ERP and quality management systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work through complex problems
  • Experience with metals (steel, aluminum, stainless) is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Why This Role

  • Direct access to leadership and visibility across multiple divisions
  • Opportunity to build and shape quality systemsโ€”not just maintain them
  • Fast-moving environment where your ideas actually get implemented
  • Growth-focused culture that rewards initiative

If youโ€™re the type who sees broken processes as opportunities instead of headaches, this is the kind of role where youโ€™ll thrive.
