Required Experience
  • 2+ years in Manufacturing Quality Engineering.
  • Experience performing:
    • Process audits
    • Supplier audits
    • Product inspections
    • Corrective Action verification (CAPA)
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • First Article and dimensional inspections
 Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of composite materials manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of pultrusion processes (preferred).
  • GD&T interpretation.
  • Blueprint and engineering drawing review.
  • Metrology and dimensional inspection.
  • Statistical process control (SPC).
  • Nonconformance management.
Equipment Knowledge
Experience using:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Height gauges
  • Tape measures
  • Bore gauges (if applicable)
  • Surface inspection tools
  • Measurement recording and audit documentation systems
