Job Description
You ensure product quality from development through production, acting as the key link between internal teams and customer expectations. You support program launch and ongoing quality performance while maintaining compliance with automotive standards.
Responsibilities
  • Support program quality activities using APQP methodology across development and launch phases
  • Develop and maintain control plans, capability studies (SPC), and gauge validation processes
  • Analyze customer quality requirements and monitor program quality status
  • Manage customer claims using 8D methodology and ensure effective containment actions
  • Prepare and update customer documentation and manage quality-related customer portals
  • Lead problem-solving activities and conduct root cause analysis for quality issues
  • Perform inspections and measurements based on technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with required tolerances, standards, and internal quality processes
Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or automotive environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
  • Strong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA) and their practical application
  • Experience with customer quality management, including claims handling and 8D methodology
  • English proficiency required; familiarity with French is a plus
