At Identiti Signs, quality isn't an afterthought. It's a promise. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll make sure every sign that leaves our facility is 100% complete, accurate, and customer-ready.

We design and manufacture interior and exterior signage and branding elements for some of the world's most iconic companies. We've been doing it since 1946, and our success is powered by talented people who care about precision, performance, and pride in their work.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be hands-on, detail-driven, and collaborative every day:

  • Inspect and test products throughout the production process
  • Verify accuracy against customer specs and engineering drawings
  • Test dimensions, color accuracy, structural integrity, and electrical characteristics
  • Perform material and performance testing
  • Inspect products for UL compliance and apply appropriate labels
  • Document inspections and completion in Wrike using photos and paperwork
  • Create quality alerts and work with leadership on corrective actions
  • Partner with the Engineering Manager on Engineering Change Requests (ECNs)
  • Work closely with Project Managers to update order quality and status
  • Recommend improvements to quality and production standards

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support production supervisors
  • Train employees and evaluate performance
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met across teams
