  • Lead Supplier quality activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Drive the cost collection process within our sites and trigger the cost recovery process with suppliers.
  • Drive supplier complaint resolution, including 8d investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
  • Analyze supplier quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Quality, R7D, Operations, and Procurement teams to strengthen supplier performance and reliability.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Management.
  • Experience with supplier audits, onboarding, complaint management, and quality systems.
  • Strong problem-Solving skills using tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Data Analysis.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; SAP/ERP experience and FMCG or Automotive industry experience are a plus.

Thesalary range for this role is $80000.00 and $85000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
