Quality Engineer Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within an organization. They lead teams of quality engineers to ensure products and services meet industry standards and customer expectations. Their duties typically include developing quality control policies, conducting audits, analyzing data, and working closely with other departments to implement improvements. By maintaining strict quality standards, they help minimize defects and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.
