DESCRIPTION
This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting process quality and continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role involves collecting, measuring, and analyzing data from manufacturing equipment to identify trends, improve processes, and support quality objectives. The position offers exposure to custom automation systems and manufacturing technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and analyze machine and process data
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify quality concerns
  • Assist with process improvement and root cause investigations
  • Support engineers and technicians on automation and manufacturing projects
  • Prepare reports and communicate findings

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Interest in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or custom automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2-3 months support 40 hours a week in person in Webster NY

EDUCATION
