Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious AI Engineer Intern to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven software solutions. This internship provides hands-on experience in applying artificial intelligence technologies within real-world business applications while collaborating with software engineers, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software development, is proficient in modern programming languages and web technologies, and demonstrates an interest in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to enhance software products and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled applications and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new applications.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based scripts, services, and automation solutions.
  • Build and enhance user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Participate in the development and consumption of REST APIs for application integration.
  • Support data preparation, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI workflow optimization activities.
  • Utilize Git for source control, code management, and team collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and contribute to code reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices and present findings to the team.
  • Document technical designs, development activities, and implementation procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or graduated in a bachelor's or master's degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Software Engineering
    • Information Technology
    • Data Science
    • Artificial Intelligence
    • Related technical discipline
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience using Git for version control.
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals, including debugging, testing, and coding best practices.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Basic understanding of web application architecture.
  • Preferred experience applying AI technologies in a software development context, such as:
    • Generative AI applications

  • Preferred experience working with or integrating REST APIs.
