End of Line Inspector - Morning Shift (Tue-Fri 5:00AM-3:30PM)

Job Summary:
Hansae Mobility is looking for hard-working and motivated End of Line Inspector to join our team. The end line inspector will be tasked with inspecting parts at the end of line ensuring the parts produced are in accordance with the work instructions and quality alert while maintaining quality control procedures and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all half shafts are inspected and are 100% conforming to print/quality requirements.
  • Perform visual inspection of the parts produced in accordance with the Work Instruction and Quality Alerts.
  • Operate production part vision inspection equipment as required.
  • Carry out basic quality and testing checks using gauges and other measurement tools.
  • Scan/inventory and pack the final product, following work instructions.
  • Track/report quality defects identified.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure quality efficiency and deadlines are met.
  • Perform other quality related activities instructed by management.
  • Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace.
  • Comply with continuous training within the quality department.
  • Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to working in other departments and roles such as assembly, kitting, rework, and repack.
Education amp; Language:
  • Highschool or equivalent

  • At least one year experience working in manufacturing or assembly.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly at a cycle time of 35 seconds or less. Occasionally up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, squat to access all parts of the machine.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks as required in a production environment.
