Job description

We are seeking 10 Mechanical Assemblers to manufacture intricate medical device components. You will use precise measurement tools to build products that directly impact professional and college athletes.

Responsibilities:

  • Construct medical devices, subassemblies and components following exact engineering drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct visual inspections and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, microscopes) to verify parts meet strict tolerances.
  • Practice good documentation practices (GDP) by accurately filling out Device History Records (DHRs), work orders, and production logs.
  • Utilize a variety of hand/power tools, soldering equipment, bonding materials, and epoxy delivery systems.

Basic Requirements:

  • High School, GED or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of mechanical, electro-mechanical or medical device assembly experience.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle microscopic or intricate components under a microscope.
  • Basic understanding of GMP guidelines, ISO 13485 quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, wear required safety equipment and lift up to 30 pounds.
