We are seeking 10 Mechanical Assemblers to manufacture intricate medical device components. You will use precise measurement tools to build products that directly impact professional and college athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Construct medical devices, subassemblies and components following exact engineering drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct visual inspections and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, microscopes) to verify parts meet strict tolerances.
- Practice good documentation practices (GDP) by accurately filling out Device History Records (DHRs), work orders, and production logs.
- Utilize a variety of hand/power tools, soldering equipment, bonding materials, and epoxy delivery systems.
Basic Requirements:
- High School, GED or equivalent.
- 2+ years of mechanical, electro-mechanical or medical device assembly experience.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle microscopic or intricate components under a microscope.
- Basic understanding of GMP guidelines, ISO 13485 quality standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, wear required safety equipment and lift up to 30 pounds.
