Job Title: Quality Control

Location: Auburn Hills


About the Role

We are hiring a Quality Control professional to join our production team, with a primary focus on cable assemblies and general manufacturing quality oversight. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our products meet internal standards and ISO requirements by monitoring quality on the floor, supporting line staff, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process and final inspections on cable assemblies and other manufactured components
  • Support production staff by answering quality-related questions at individual stations
  • Help maintain ISO-compliant procedures and support audit readiness
  • Identify and document defects, nonconformances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure all workstations adhere to established quality standards and protocols
  • Keep accurate records of inspections, findings, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or cable assembly setting
