Job description

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading distribution company in Londonderry, NH to hire Quality Control Associates. This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and compliance with customer requirements throughout the warehouse operation. Position: Quality Control Associate

Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay: $19-$21

Job Duties:
• Inspect incoming, outgoing, and stored products to ensure quality standards are met
• Verify inventory accuracy and product specifications
• Conduct audits of inventory, shipments, and warehouse processes
• Identify, document, and report quality concerns or discrepancies
• Investigate inventory variances and assist with corrective actions
• Complete quality documentation and reports accurately
• Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve issues
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and quality information
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous quality control, inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse systems
• Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform warehouse-related activities

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
