As aQuality Control Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our concrete construction projects. You'll oversee all stages of construction, identify and resolve potential issues, and guarantee that our clients have a seamless, professional experience. This role combines technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project.
  • Review construction documents such as blueprints to identify and address conflicts or discrepancies.
  • Ensure subcontractors and vendors adhere to current drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Inspect materials and equipment deliveries for compliance with project standards.
  • Perform pre-work, initial, follow-up, and final inspections to confirm compliance with contract requirements.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive inspection records, including deficiency tracking and quality control reports.
  • Actively participate in quality assurance meetings, including pre-pour, pre-final, and punch list inspections.
  • Partner with the Quality Control Manager, project management, and field operations to align inspection schedules with project timelines.
  • Uphold strict safety standards by ensuring the availability and understanding of Job Hazard Analyses, Safety Data Sheets, and site-specific safety plans.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and team members by maintaining open, respectful communication.
