Job description

Pay Rate - $16.50 Shift Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Must have computer skills- Office 365

AQL activities & provide direction and scheduling changes as needed for AQLs due to business changes and needs

Must read, speak and write English fluently.

Quality processes and work instructions

Understands basic QC processes including sample rates and Final inspections- both on warehouse and production side

Follows procedures to identify, isolate, quarantine when a nonconformance is detected

Works with Production and Warehouse – doesn’t sidestep issues, but ensures established Quality processes are followed with understanding of when to escalate issues to Quality manager to de-escalate any emotions

Ensures efficient workflow with Production/ Warehouse to ensure shipping needs are met

Understands they must follow established rules such as cell phone policy, break & lunch policies and ensure the AQLs follow policies as well

Must have good attendance
