Quality Control (QC) Supervisor (Weatherization)

Position Type: Full-time, salaried position.

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary + potential for up to 10% discretionary annual bonus

Job Summary:

The WX QC Supervisor is responsible for compliance, safety and management of 10-20 trucks and the day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and a great customer experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Team Supervision:
    • Manage Mass Save work and ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of projects.
    • Supervise the activities of 10-20 Crew Leads, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to Mass Save and company best practice for safety and quality.
    • Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback to management, and ensure crews receive proper training.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct virtual site inspections to assess workmanship, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among field crew.
    • Complete safety and compliance checks on trucks and equipment weekly.
    • Run safety, compliance, and quality meetings with the team.
  • Administrative:
    • Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software reports, cases, inputs, and truck inspections.
    • Achieve weekly revenue, NPS, documentation, and quality targets.
    • Complete daily closeout inspections.
    • Complete truck inspections weekly.
    • Receive material orders for financial compliance
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of HomeWorks university training.
  • Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.
  • Obtain OSHA 30 certification.
  • 2+ years of Mass Save install experience or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
