The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated ASE Certified Master Automotive Repair Technician to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in vehicle diagnostics, complex vehicle repairs across diverse makes and models, and capable of providing technical leadership to junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed diagnostics and complex repairs on all major automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, brake, steering, and HVAC systems.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Alldata, Mitchell OnDemand) to accurately pinpoint issues.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair findings, additional required work, and preventative maintenance suggestions.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians, ensuring all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough post-repair test drives and inspections to ensure quality control.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Required: Minimum of 5+ years of verifiable professional experience as an Automotive Technician in a passenger vehicle repair shop.
