About the Role:

The Quality & Safety Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all products manufactured meet stringent quality standards and comply with safety regulations within the non-durable goods manufacturing sector. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance and safety programs that minimize risks and enhance product reliability. The manager will lead cross-functional teams to identify potential hazards, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with both company policies and regulatory requirements. By fostering a culture of quality and safety, this role directly contributes to protecting employees, customers, and the company’s reputation. Ultimately, the Quality & Safety Manager ensures operational excellence by balancing productivity with uncompromising standards for quality and workplace safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and safety management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and safety regulations including OSHA or equivalent.
  • Proven experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
