 As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our production line meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications
  • Performing hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections
  • Conducting detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests)
  • Supporting new batch releases and ensuring everything is ready to go
  • Investigating deviations and supporting continuous improvement
  • Championing quality and supporting a culture of excellence, safety, and 5S
Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within quality control or production
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems)
  • Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude
  • Very good English - written and spoken
