What You'll Do
Lead quality control operations
  • Lead daily QC activities to ensure equipment is properly inspected, tested, prepared, and processed according to established quality standards.
  • Manage and support QC Leads and Technicians across multiple technical disciplines, including video, audio, lighting, LED, and media systems.
Drive operational consistency
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for equipment inspection, functionality testing, and return processing.
  • Maintain efficient workflows that support production schedules and changing operational priorities.
Improve equipment performance and reliability
  • Track equipment performance trends and partner with repair and engineering teams to support preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement decisions.
  • Oversee quality reporting and equipment failure tracking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build and develop a high-performing team
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate QC team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and accuracy.
  • Provide leadership, scheduling support, and clear direction to help the team perform at a high level.
Partner across the business
  • Work closely with logistics, project, inventory, and warehouse stakeholders to prioritize critical show requirements and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Serve as an escalation point for equipment discrepancies, missing inventory, and broader quality concerns.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or AV production logistics.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, show systems, and production workflows.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or leadership training are preferred.
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and team development skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with inventory management and quality control processes.
  • A commitment to accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement.
