Job description

The Pump Technician / Water Treatment Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing pumps and water treatment systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards. Working within a small team, the technician supports installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks while delivering quality service to customers. Reporting to the Manager, this role requires technical expertise and a commitment to safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pump maintenance and repairs to ensure reliable operation
  • Conduct water treatment processes and system monitoring
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system issues promptly
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime
  • Ensure safety compliance during all activities
  • Provide quality control inspections and maintain service standards
  • Assist with installation of pumps and water treatment systems
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in pump and water treatment technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent
