  • Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites throughout the weekend
  • Wash, organize, and prepare microfiber towels, mop heads, and laundry for the upcoming week
  • Identify maintenance issues, supply shortages, or quality concerns before they become client problems
  • Communicate findings clearly with leadership and follow through until issues are resolved
Who We're Looking For

  • Takes ownership instead of making excuses

What Makes This Role Different

At Luminous Services, accountability matters.

Every inspection includes digital documentation, required photos, and GoPro recording while in client facilities. We believe in transparency, consistency, and providing our clients with proof that the job was completed to our standards.

If you're looking for a position where your work truly impacts the success of an entire company, you'll fit right in.

Why Join Luminous Services?

✔ Weekend schedule
✔ Competitive pay based on experience
✔ Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles
✔ Supportive team culture with high standards and clear expectations
✔ Be part of a company that values integrity, accountability, and excellence—not just checking boxes.
