Johns Creek, GA (Onsite) 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Hays is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical and healthcare organization to hire a Quality Control Chemist II for their manufacturing site in Johns Creek, Georgia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analytical chemist with a strong background in method validation, laboratory instrumentation, and quality control testing within a regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve, and validate analytical test methods.
  • Perform method transfers and periodic method reviews.
  • Support instrument qualification and lifecycle management activities.
  • Troubleshoot analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Assist with laboratory investigations, deviations, and CAPA activities.
  • Support technical projects while ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
  • Experience in analytical chemistry or quality control laboratory environments.
  • Hands-on experience with method development and/or method validation.
  • Experience with instrument qualification and laboratory troubleshooting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
