We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday) to join our team. If you are an experienced laboratory professional who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring product quality, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a quality control laboratory, support a team of technicians, and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards. You will work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to prioritize testing, solve problems, and continuously improve laboratory performance.

This position is onsite and includes regular work in both a laboratory and manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead the daily operations of the quality control laboratory, prioritizing testing to support production and product release.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop laboratory technicians while ensuring training, equipment readiness, and compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Review test results, investigate quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve laboratory performance, and support operational goals.
