Position Summary You will test and release materials that support safe, effective medicines. You will work across manufacturing, quality, and technical teams. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Perform and train others on testing laboratory samples (raw materials, in-process, product, water) using chemical, biochemical, and microbiological methods. - Prepare samples, standards, and solutions and maintain accurate laboratory records. - Conduct environmental monitoring, bioburden, and endotoxin testing as required. - Manage sample lifecycle and associated documentation, both physical and electronic. - Lead and participate in laboratory investigations, data review, and corrective actions. - Support instrument lifecycle activities, validations, technical transfers, and routine lab upkeep. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Biology. - Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in a regulated (GxP/cGMP) environment. - Hands-on experience with routine wet chemistry or microbiology techniques. - Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate lab records. - Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing and quality teams. - Willingness to work occasional weekends or off-shift coverage as required. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with biopharmaceutical testing methods (HPLC/UPLC, ELISA, CGE, SEC, PCR, protein concentration assays). - Familiarity with environmental monitoring, bioburden, endotoxin, and disinfectant efficacy testing. - Experience with laboratory and quality systems (LIMS, LES, SAP/ERP) and Microsoft Office. - Understanding of cGxP, ICH guidelines, data integrity expectations, and compendial standards. - Experience supporting analytical method transfers, instrument qualification, or validations. - Prior experience in continuous improvement activities and good laboratory housekeeping practices.
