Conejo Services, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Specialist to join our roofing division. We are an established, multi-trade home services company dedicated to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. If you have a strong roofing background, an eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring projects are completed safely and to the highest standards, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. You should be comfortable inspecting roofing installations, coaching field personnel, identifying deficiencies, and ensuring every project meets Conejo Services' quality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Submit quality control escalations to identify and document quality issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all quality control issues are addressed promptly and corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Inspect jobsites to ensure they are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards on every jobsite.
  • Monitor active roofing projects to ensure work progresses according to schedule and is completed on time.
  • Assist with pre-installation job walks to:
    • Confirm the project scope of work before installation begins.
    • Develop and submit accurate project material lists.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of roofing construction experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
