What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a quality control lab assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Quality Control Lab Assistant, you need a background in chemistry or biology, attention to detail, and familiarity with laboratory procedures, often supported by an associate's degree or relevant coursework.
