Inspector Intern
We are looking for a Quality Control Intern to join our Target Rock team in the Inspection Department. This individual must help prioritize and 6S department need. They must also be capable of learning how to inspect raw materials, semifinal, and finished-machined parts for compliance with engineering drawings and/or company specification before they are assembled into a finished product.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY.
Hourly pay: $18- $20
Please note that the pay range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in New York. Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
Your Challenge
  • Ability to learn how to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Ability to apply these standards in the process of inspection
  • Ability to comprehend inspection processes and procedures
  • Ability to complete required company paperwork
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
What You Bring
  • Must be a US citizen
  • High school or trade school graduate (minimum).
  • Working knowledge of inspection tools
  • Capable of reading and understanding engineering blueprint and specification reading.
