Why This Role Matters

The Quality Control Inspector implements quality control procedures to ensure compliance with contract specifications through inspection of completed work tasks. Inspections are documented using a CMMS so that data is available for analysis and reporting and to generate needed work orders for corrective actions.

What You Will Do

  • Implements inspection procedures, checklists, and schedules.
  • Communicates inspection results with the QC Coordinator, QA Manager, or Director Quality Development, and releases reports per contract and Didlake procedures.
  • Meets regularly with QC Coordinator and QA Manager/Director to provide written and/or oral status reports on the quality assurance program.
  • Participates in training programs and assists with training as required.
  • Fosters teamwork while balancing team and individual responsibilities, providing feedback, and modeling dependability, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
  • Ensures employee safety by monitoring equipment use and adherence to safety policies.
  • Promotes Human Rights awareness, including training, incident reporting, and staff accountability.
  • Completes required paperwork, documentation, and Didlake training.
  • Maintains appropriate conduct and demeanor per Didlake policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as stated in the Statement of Work.
