Print Shop Quality Control
The main role for the QC is to double check all orders being printed and to check for spiffs on jerseys.
Responsibilities
  • Read paperwork and check for printing mistakes
  1. Ensure the printed garments match the paperwork.
  2. Check the size, style and size of the garments match paperwork.
  3. Check the ink color and style of number match paperwork.
  4. Inspect the prints for straight and correct ink coverage.
  • Thoroughly check the jerseys for any stray marks or pin-holes on printed garments.
  • Communicating with the printer to confirm the print job.
Expected Outcomes
  • Ability to comprehend paperwork accurately.
  • Orders printed 100% accurately and free of spiffs.
  • No orders mis-printed.
  • No orders mixed with another order.

Measuring Performance
  • How many spiffs are fixed or missed on all garments.
  • Jerseys that are misprinted, but not caught.
  • Ability to inspect for more than one printer at one time.
