Quality Team Leader - full time job to start immediately!

Shift availability and pay rate/hr.

2nd shift is from 2:45PM to 11:30PM -

Pay rate: Between $21.00 per hour.

Location is in Palm Springs, Fl.

Responsibilities:

A QC Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of quality control inspectors, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established quality standards, identifying and resolving quality issues, training team members, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or production environment, all while reporting to a higher-level quality manager. Also ensuring the quality and safety of food and nutrition products, processes, and services.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Team Management - Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide the team, set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor progress effectively.
  • Problem-solving- Identifying and analyzing quality issues, then developing and implementing effective solutions.
