What You'll Do:
  • Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, electrical components, sub-assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and final products to assure conformance utilizing drawings, schematics, specifications and work instructions.
  • Ensure raw materials provided by suppliers meet contractual flow down requirements.
  • Generate and document approval or rejection labels, nonconforming reports, photographs, and or diagrams as part of the inspection review process.
  • Minimize down time by focusing on process proactive improvement opportunities and presenting them to management

What You Need:
  • Ability to work Second Shift.
  • Precision mechanical inspection, first article inspection, and receiving and in-process experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specification using ASME Y 14.5. GD&T and skillful use of metrology tools and gages required.
  • Experience programming and operating a CMM as well as other QC inspection functions for precision machined components and assemblies
  • ESD protection and handling knowledge and awareness of electronic parts.
  • Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, microscopes, etc.
  • J-STD/IPC assembly, solder and inspection experience a plus.
  • High school diploma with minimum three (3) years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.
