Job Overview

The Manufacturing Quality Technician is responsible for performing inspections and testing activities throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with established quality standards. This role supports product quality by conducting First Article Inspections (FAI), Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC) inspections, while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation.


The Quality Control Inspector collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and resolve quality and safety issues, and actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. *Interviews will be held onsite*



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection and testing activities for FAI, IQC, IPQC, and FQC throughout the manufacturing process
  • Generate accurate and detailed inspection data sheets in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
  • Document inspection results, prepare First Article documentation, and compile certification packages
  • Review product build documentation and end-item data packages for completeness and accuracy
  • Identify and document discrepancies by generating nonconformance reports
  • Utilize standard inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure precise measurements
  • Verify that all inspection equipment is properly calibrated and qualified prior to use
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Conduct visual inspections to detect defects or nonconformities in materials and finished products
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain accurate and organized quality records and inspection documentation
  • Report quality-related concerns to supervisors or management in a timely manner
  • Follow all company safety procedures and perform duties in a safe and compliant manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ yrs experience in Quality Control and inspection of items
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Comfortable to do inspection on the machine and its parts at all points of manufacturing process and before it is shipped out to their clients.
  • Understanding of GDP, cGMP, and QMS standards
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience generating inspection reports and nonconformance documentation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems or similar and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing priorities


Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Work performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, equipment, and varying temperatures
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and handling of inspection tools
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment is preferred
  • Must adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

We’re looking for a Field Merchandiser to bring OLIPOP to life across Denver-area retail locations. This is a highly active, on-the-move role where no two days look the same.

You’ll play a direct role in how customers discover OLIPOP in stores. From perfectly stocked shelves to standout displays, your work will have a real impact on brand visibility and sales.

What You’ll Do

Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations following established “Look of Success” standards
Keep shelves fully stocked, rotated, and visually optimized to maximize product visibility and sales
Support key retail account initiatives and ensure compliance with distribution and display standards
Build and maintain both mandated and incremental in-store displays
Complete up to 15 store visits per day, following assigned routes and priorities
Accurately document store visits, execution metrics, and account insights using CRM and reporting tools
Identify opportunities to improve product placement, expand distribution, and elevate in-store execution
Maintain merchandising assets and collaborate with field sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation

What Success Looks Like

You’ll know you’re crushing it in this role by:

Consistently executing merchandising standards across all accounts
Reducing out-of-stock situations and keeping shelves full
Maintaining accurate, timely reporting and CRM updates
Increasing product visibility, display quality, and overall distribution

What You Bring

1+ year of merchandising, retail, field sales, or CPG experience (beverage or distributor experience strongly preferred)
Experience working with large-format retailers or natural channel retailers is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel up to ~30 miles within the Denver market for daily store visits
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and stay active throughout the day
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with tools like Slack, Repsly, or CRM platforms
Comfort working in fast-paced retail environments and coordinating with multiple store teams

Additional Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
