Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Verify product quality using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
  • Identify and document non-conforming materials and products.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality metrics.
  • Support calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
  • Assist with continuous improvement and quality initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SPC, or PPAP is an asset.
