Summary:

Join one of New Mexico's leading commercial general contractors and help build projects that strengthen our communities. We're seeking an experienced construction professional with 10+ years of commercial general contracting experience who is passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

As our QA/QC Manager, you'll lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across all phases of construction by partnering with project teams, subcontractors, and owners to ensure every project meets contract requirements, exceeds expectations, and is delivered safely.

The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, strong knowledge of commercial building systems and construction sequencing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with industry software such as Procore and Bluebeam.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Quality Assurance Develop and implement quality control process through all phases, perform regular inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
