Job description

Quality Control Monitor

First Coast Security Solutions provides security services nationwide. We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector/Monitor to monitor operational compliance and quality standards. This position will conduct audits, inspections, and improve overall operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control inspections and operational reviews.
  • Monitor compliance with contract requirements, post orders and training requirements.
  • Identify operational deficiency and provide recommendation for corrective action.
  • Assist with internal audits.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation related to qualify assurance.
  • Develop and enforce QA/QC plans to ensure quality.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality control, security operations, compliance, or related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of security contract operations preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Position requires standing, and walking, and for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry training equipment and materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel required
