Position Summary:ย 
We are seeking a dedicatedย Quality Control Inspectorย to join our team. In this roleย you willย be responsible forย in-process and final inspections,ย identifyย and communicate quality concerns,ย identifyย nonconformances, support corrective actions, and provide guidance to production personnelย throughput the manufacturing process.ย 

Duties andย Responsibilities:ย 

  • Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and aesthetic inspections of finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standardsย 

  • Conduct in-process inspections by reviewing product specifications, performing measurements, and communicating required adjustments to production personnel and supervisorsย 

  • Review blueprints, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements to ensure product conformityย 

  • Document inspection results accurately andย maintainย quality records, reports, logs, and database entriesย 

  • Generate and process nonconformance reports andย assistย with product disposition activitiesย 

  • Communicate quality concerns, inspection findings, and nonconforming conditions to supervisors and production teamsย in a timely mannerย 

  • Support investigations into quality issues andย participateย in root cause analysis and corrective action activitiesย 

  • Train and educate production personnel on quality requirements, inspection results, and quality improvement opportunitiesย 

  • Participate in internal quality audits to verify compliance with documented procedures, specifications, and quality system requirementsย 

Minimumย Qualifications:ย 

  • High school diploma or equivalent requiredย 

  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production,ย quality, or related environmentย 

  • Previousย quality inspection experienceย preferredย 

  • Previousย experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, calipers, or gaugesย 

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documentationย 

  • Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately document inspection results,ย maintainย records, and enter data into electronic systemsย 

  • Bilingual Spanish or Hmong a plusย
