QC Inspector
Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector III to perform detailed inspections and ensure products meet established quality standards. This role requires the ability to interpret engineering drawings, identify and document defects, analyze quality trends, and support production by resolving quality concerns.

Requirements of the QC Inspector

  • Previous experience in quality control inspection within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and product specifications
  • Experience performing detailed inspections with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and defect classification
  • Experience identifying defects and assisting with root cause analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and quality inspection software such as OIS and iFox
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to accurately document inspection results and quality findings

Responsibilities of the QC Inspector

  • Perform detailed inspections of parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
  • Identify, document, and communicate product defects accurately
  • Assist with investigating recurring quality issues and support root cause analysis efforts
  • Monitor quality trends and communicate findings to production and leadership
  • Maintain accurate inspection records using OIS, iFox, Excel, and other reporting systems
