About the Role:

The QC Inspector III plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality within the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for conducting detailed inspections and audits of products and materials to verify compliance with company specifications and industry standards. The role involves identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions that enhance product quality and operational efficiency. The QC Inspector III also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements. Ultimately, this position ensures that all manufactured products meet rigorous quality requirements, thereby supporting customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
