The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a cold food manufacturing environment, have strong attention to detail, be good with basic math, and be able to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the plant, including production employees, leads, supervisors, management, and the QA team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products during production to ensure quality, accuracy, and food safety standards are being followed.
  • Perform basic quality checks, including product appearance, weights, labels, packaging, and documentation.
  • Use basic math skills to verify counts, weights, measurements, and production information.
