How you'll contribute
- Perform moderate to high complex testing and waived testing procedures and reports test results.
- Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform quality control testing.
- Maintain supplies needed for performance of tests.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures and drug screen collections according to policy and procedure.
- Accurately register client samples, results with comments, order tests, cancel and add tests as required.
- Handle with Care participation annually or CPI participation every 2 years.

What we're looking for
- Applicants should have an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (May be grandfathered in with Certification or Diploma)
- TN MLT license preferred but not required
- ASCP (MLT) Certification required
Additional requirements include:
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
