Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect parts per established quality plans and specifications.
  • Utilize measurement equipment to ensure that precision machined components meet specifications on Camcraft blueprint documents.
  • Assigns priority to inspection process.
  • Inspects parts to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
  • Work in conjunction with other Quality Team members and production departments to resolve quality problem.
  • Communicate to appropriate Camcraft staff when non conformances are discovered.
  • Enter nonconformant findings into computer data base.
  • Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must know how to use measuring equipment (micrometers, hand gauges, etc.).
  • CMM Experience
  • Must have CMM experience using Zeiss equipment.
