Requirements and responsibilities:
 
-Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience required
-Very proficient with measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, drop gages, pin gages, go & no-go gages, etc)
-Familiar with GD&T drawing symbols and blueprint interpretation
-Familiar with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001
-Experience with SPC (statistical process controls), data entry, control charting and understanding of trends
-Must be highly quality conscious, detail oriented
-Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures
-Able to complete control charts and process paperwork correctly and efficiently
-Able to generate documented reports as required
-Able to follow tasked to completion as directed by Quality Manager
-Good communication skills and team mentality
-Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record
-Forklift experience may be required
