Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Review Manager to oversee and optimize compliance review processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory adherence within Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc.
Job Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage teams conducting compliance reviews of eDiscovery processes and documents.
* Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and quality assurance (QA) procedures to minimize risk and ensure data integrity.
* Identify and drive process improvements across all review operations, leveraging best practices and technological advancements.
* Oversee and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentations of review findings, methodologies, and compliance efforts.
* Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards.
* Implement and manage quality control (QC) measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all review outputs.
* Prepare and present clear, concise, and technically sound reports, policies, and procedural documents (Technical Writing) for internal and external stakeholders.
* Train and mentor review staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Job Qualifications**
* Proven experience in managing complex compliance reviews within the eDiscovery or legal technology industry.
