The Business Operations Analyst supports GardaWorld Canada's commercial and operational performance by providing accurate reporting, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating business processes that enable effective decision-making and customer execution.


Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Commercial Strategy, this role ensures timely performance reporting, supports operational workflows, maintains business data, and contributes to continuous process improvements across the organization

What Your Days Will Look Like

Business Reporting & Operational Support

  • Prepare, validate and distribute recurring operational and commercial reports.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business performance.
  • Support recurring business reviews, forecasting activities and operational reporting requirements.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Business Operations

  • Support Sales, Operations and Finance with reporting, billing support and operational coordination.
  • Monitor key business metrics and identify reporting discrepancies or operational issues.
  • Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
  • Support contract compliance, KPI tracking and operational performance initiatives.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems and reporting platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflow efficiency and automation.
  • Support the implementation of new reporting tools and business processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.

Collaboration & Customer Support

  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, Operations, Finance and Billing.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for reporting inquiries and operational data requests.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by delivering accurate, timely and reliable information.
What We're Looking For

Education

  • College diploma in Business Administration, Business Technology, Data Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, reporting, sales operations, data coordination or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working with reporting tools, CRM/ERP systems and operational data.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in security services, logistics or other service-based industries is considered an asset.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
