 What You Will Do
  • Perform Quality Control inspections on aircraft and components
  • Inspect aircraft, engines, and component repairs/alterations for compliance with FAA-approved data
  • Ensure all work meets FAA, CAA, and customer Part 135 requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance and inspection requirements across mechanical and electrical teams
  • Maintain precise, legible, and complete maintenance and inspection documentation
  • Audit maintenance records prior to return to service approval
  • Verify airworthiness of aircraft/components before flight
  • Partner with RTS to ensure timely and accurate aircraft records
  • Mentor technicians on documentation quality and standards
  • Provide technical support to ensure compliance with FAA/CAA regulations
  • Communicate with leadership on assignments, timelines, and delivery schedules

 What You Will Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6 years of aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical)
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
  • Strong understanding of aircraft inspection and maintenance practices
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, technical data interpretation, and QC procedures
  • Working knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control systems and methodologies

Multiple shifts available. Supports large cabin G500, G600, G650, G700, and G800.  Full aircraft maintenance service from Scheduled to Heavy Structures. Supporting all maintenance activities and ensuring compliance to FAA Standards as well as 33 foreign certificates and customer part 135 requirements. Flight Safety Initial on models we work is highly sought.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work from heights to include ladders, stands, and lifts.  Must be able to occasionally work in confined spaces.    
 

Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 6 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical). A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required. Position Purpose: Performs inspections of aircraft, aircraft components, and reviews paperwork to ensure that workmanship meets acceptable standards of quality, and that aircraft are returned to service in an airworthy condition with all required. documentation properly completed and filed. Works as an integral part of the Quality Control/Assurance team assuring aircraft/components are in compliance to FAA/CAA requirements.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
  1. Responsible for Quality Control inspections on aircraft/components .
  2. Completes inspections of aircraft, engine, and component repairs and alterations to ensure conformity to FAA approved/acceptable data .
  3. Coordinates mechanical, electrical and inspection requirements on the aircraft during maintenance or outfitting .
  4. Keeps accurate, neat and legible records of the work performed on aircraft/components .
  5. Coordinates throughout assigned jobs with RTS to ensure accurate aircraft records are produced in a timely manner .
  6. Conducts audits of maintenance documentation for accuracy and completion on all aircraft prior to approval for return to service .
  7. Ensures aircraft/components are airworthy prior to any flight activities .
  8. Mentors technicians on effective documentation .
Additional Functions:
  1. Communicates with management as required. to identify work assignments and delivery schedules .
  2. Provides technical support to inspection personnel in supporting the FAA and/or CAA documented requirements .
Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:
  1. Strong computer skills.
  2. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation, shop mathematics and QC Procedures.
  3. Working knowledge and application of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control systems and methodologies.
  4. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
