Position Summary: 

Facilitate and Document to applicable standards, inspection of all Enovate Medical products to ensure that the product is ready to be released.

Position Responsibilities: 

Final inspection to ensure that all products released for shipment conforms to design specifications and is fit to be used for the intended purpose.

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience): 

Regular communication with applicable departments to ensure adequate reporting and continuous improvement.

Final Verification of the product matched the sales order

Record Quality data on each inspected device

Assist with quality data archive

Maintain inspection tact time to meet production demand

Maintain strict 5S standards

Communicate with Engineering and Quality Manager to resolve quality issues.

Report quality data as required

Read and interpret Engineering drawings, prints, and sales orders to determine material requirements.

Inspect and test for operational functionality

Work with assembly team to ensure the failed product is quarantined, adjusted, reworked, or replaced to ensure conformance specifications

As required, testing electrical system components, units, subassemblies, wiring, assemblies, castings, screws, nuts, and bolts

Meet with various departments to facilitate reporting and continuous improvement

Attention to detail, strong character, excellent communicator, solid computer skills, including bu not limited to, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP and CRM interface

Experience in a lean manufacturing environment and quality control
