QA Program ManagerIntroduction:
We are seeking a QA Program Manager with strong experience in managing global digital platforms, eCommerce solutions, and enterprise-level QA initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end QA programs, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple regions and business domains.
Responsibilities:- Define QA strategy and build automation frameworks
- Drive testing across SIT, UAT, regression, and integration phases
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Manage global QA teams and oversee Agile/Scrum delivery
- Track program risks and ensure timely releases within budget
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in QA and program management
- Experience in managing global digital platforms and eCommerce solutions
- Expertise in SIT and UAT
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, eCommerce ecosystems, and cloud environments like AWS/Azure
