About the Role:

The Operations Lead - Quality Assurance plays a critical role in ensuring that all warehouse operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The lead will lead not only from an operations standpoint, but also providing guidance and support to enhance the team's performance and professional development. By analyzing operational data and conducting regular audits, the lead will identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance service. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the organization. This position will also facilitate MHE trainings as well as onboard and conduct various trainings for new hires.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or operations management within the transportation and warehousing industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Experience in quality assurance methodologies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day operation duties as needed.
  • Oversee daily quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of transportation and warehousing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
