Quality Assurance Technician Compensation

  • Pay rate: $21.00 per hour
  • Mon-Fri 7AM - 4PM

Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in the Field Assurance Lab for complaint handling.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of complaint samples.
  • Conduct image reviews associated with complaints promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of complaint samples received.
  • Ensure timely shipment of sample return kits domestically and internationally.
  • Support continuous improvement of lab processes.

Quality Assurance Technician QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

  • Work hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
  • This position is on-site.

Education/Licenses Needed

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
